'Talent' by Lordian (TbL) is a completely new model using a very well established system and structure in the recruitment, headhunting and talent sectors!

Operating within the United Kingdom (Incl. The Isle of Man & Channel Islands), European Union, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Scandinavia and South Africa, TbL was founded out of the 40+ years experience within the global 'people & talent' sector gained by the Chairman of The Lordian Group, Ian M. Franklin. Ian spent much of that time as an international Headhunter. He gained extensive skills with managing briefs and assignments awarded by his clients with almost absolute human interaction. Whilst a small amount of technology has been used, Ian appreciated that greater understanding should be achieved in a professional/personal way with both clients and candidates.  For example, role descriptions and briefs from clients are constructed with very minimal use of any form of AI, Whilst CVs and other documentation are stored using a form of an 'Applicant Tracking System', all selections and interviews are conducted by highly skilled and trained professionals and are followed through in the same way.
