'Infusion' by Lordian will be launched on the 2nd January 2025
Welcome to ‘Infusion’ by Lordian

‘Infusion’ is a very bespoke Masterclass delivered by the Chairman of The Lordian Group (Ian M. Franklin) and his Team.
Synopsis:

A Masterclass guiding the client on how to infuse developing a new or young SME Business with making critical connections with philanthropy with Linkedin and other media.
Curriculum:
-
So many start-up, young, and maturing businesses have many moving parts which are often detached from each other. These are often realised when that business needs to bring all of those various disciplines (sales, business development, marketing, PR, finance, legal, administration, etc) together, to be able to service and manage their client/customer requirements effectively, efficiently and with completion within the time parameters that are appropriate for the brief.
-
Once all of that has been achieved, your business needs to identify and bring on board the right type of direct connections, who are able to be alongside, in parallel and, in some cases, in the form of a Joint Venture or Partnership. Bringing those connections on board with you is the easy part…but you have to maintain and sustain them, as well as to create legacy connections for when the further stages of your business growth occurs.
-
You Business needs to have visibility. In most cases, Linkedin is part of that, so it is imperative that your own and your business profiles stand out. But Linkedin is not necessarily the only media to utilise. So we will look at other appropriate social media, we will look at published media and in some cases we will look at broadcast media. We will look ambassadorship schemes, public and professional speaking, networking, and again; connections.
-
Visibility has various purposes, not just for the business to market and sell their products and services, but also to create and/or to improve your branding. So, we focus on branding and how that can be integrated into your public domain presence as well as how your business becomes recognised as being one of the best in what you do. Another part of visibility is communication, we will dig deeply into your ways of communicating and identify how you can improve upon them.
-
So, how is the best in what you do defined? We will understand your product/service and see how it has performed against competitors or other businesses that may have done something similar, with the intention of creating something that will give your business that little extra ‘edge’.
-
Who is your team, what is your team, is your team effective, how do you build your team, are members of your team employees or independent, what is the best way to bring them on board with you. How do you retain them, what are all of the correct protocols that you need to bring your team on board with you. How do you appraise your team.
-
For the sharp eyed amongst you reading this, you may have realised that there is one thing that I haven’t included yet, but this is hyper-important for many businesses: Philanthropy! We will discuss how various forms of philanthropy will work for you as part of creating your ‘giving back’ responsibility. We will where most appropriate, identify whether Corporate Social Responsibility is the right thing for your business, or just direct giving. Philanthropy in itself is often a ‘glue’ that brings different parts of a business together and is also recognised by your integrity, knowledge and experience by your marketplace and by those who follow you and your business.
-
Once we have completed all of the steps 1-7, a senior member of The Lordian Group team will act as your ‘go-to’ at any time for six months. He or she will have the occasional meeting with you to analyse the results of the Masterclass.
Points 1-7 are undertaken over a six month period, by forms of Zoom calls as well as in person meetings once or twice a month, or as and when required. There will be some degree of work undertaken by you during the process, as well as by The Lordian Group Team.
Purpose:
For your business to become recognised as a great business and as a ‘giving back’ enterprise and as a business that many others will wish to identify with. This in itself should have a highly positive effect on not just your revenues, but will also be a business that others will want to work for or be part of.
On completion, there will be a Certificate awarded at an event (to be advised).
